Dawn joined the insurance world in 2015 as a customer service representative, she then progressed into an underwriting role. Most recently Dawn has transitioned into the agency world and joined the BCM team. Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role.

Outside the office, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family along with tackling some daunting home renovations – usually the end results are victorious.
