he Township of West Lincoln is bringing fun for the whole family at its annual free Family Day event on Monday, February 16, held at the West Lincoln Community Centre, 177 West Street, in Smithville.
The day’s festivities will kick off with the West Lincoln Firefighters’ Pancake Breakfast, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. (or until all pancakes are eaten). Optional cash donations will be accepted in support of the West Lincoln Firefighters’ Association.
Entertainment and activities will include:
Face painting
Airbrush tattoos
Caricature artists
Lincoln Leapers show
Family dance party
Free public skating
West Lincoln Youth Soccer Activities
Smithville Floor Hockey & Smithville NFL Flag Football
West Niagara Minor Hockey Superskills
In tandem with the Township’s Family Day event, the West Lincoln Public Library’s Smithville Branch, located inside the West Lincoln Community Centre, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Family Trivia Competition will be held between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
