Your Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and on site as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Policyholder account information in Guidewire
  • Educate Policyholder’s on insurance products options as required
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve Policyholder satisfaction and experience
  • Ensure underwriting guidelines are adhered to and Policyholder retention goals are met
  • Manage Advisor, Underwriting and Policyholder inquiries in a timely manner

You Bring

  • 3 years experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
  • Strong literacy skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service deliverables
  • An OTL or RIBO licence, or we’ll help you get one
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or similar insurance designations considered an asset
